This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the platform joker88 accessible via the joker88.wine website and all related services. To register and use joker88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Registering voluntarily in your own name — not on behalf of another person
• Do not hold an active joker88 account or any previously terminated account
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion or active gambling protection programme
• Have access to a valid payment method in Malaysia (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Boost, or ShopeePay)
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

Joker88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm member eligibility. • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match is called off
• If a match is not completed due to specific circumstances (such as rain or a security disruption), bets will be voided unless the outcome has been officially determined by the relevant sports governing body
• Bets on e-sports are subject to official results as announced by the tournament organiser
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected matches and is processed based on the current value at the time of the request

Joker88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of platform misuse. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

For accounts terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If no fraud is found, the balance will be returned via the original deposit method.

Joker88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform, except as expressly provided under these Terms. joker88's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
